Nikki is the Director of Education at the African Turf Academy, bringing over 20 years of experience in the golf industry, gained at various clubs both locally and internationally. Phil Orffer - Greenkeeping mentor / coach
Phil is a former student who joined the Silver Lakes team in 2024. He is a keen golfer who understands the importance of a well manicured golf course to all social as well as professional golfers. Taking the classroom knowledge gained by students to the actual golf course is his passion to develop passionate greenkeeping professionals. He also enjoys working with students who would like to pursue dreams of a possible professional golfing career through club fitting and coaching support.
